Role Overview:

• Campaign Management: Take charge of all aspects of campaign delivery, focusing on maximizing revenue for allocated clients.
• Client Relations: Deliver exceptional ongoing client-facing customer service and build enduring relationships.
• Performance Optimization: Regularly evaluate campaign performance, working closely with sales, editorial, and operations teams to enhance outcomes and strategize client solutions.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage cutting-edge digital project management tools, CRM systems, and AI technologies to boost campaign efficiency and effectiveness (comprehensive training provided).

Who You Are:

• Experienced: At least 2 years in a professional services environment (3+ years for Senior Campaign Executive), with a background in publishing, marketing, or scientific services.
• Educated: A degree or equivalent qualification.
• Skilled: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.
• Communicative: Excellent at verbal and written communication, and a natural team player.
• Resilient and Organized: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient, with a proactive and positive approach.
