CMI Level 5 Course: Diploma in Management and Leadership

Completing this CMI Level 5 qualification typically takes 12 weeks.  

 Induction 

Before we dive into the course units, you’ll complete an induction to help you prepare for the programme and get the most out of your learning. This will involve: 

• Meeting the learner community and accessing our extensive online resources 

• Receiving your handbook 

• Meeting your personal adviser 

• Exploring your unit workbooks 

• Watching study skills webinars

Study at your own pace 

Most learners complete this course over six weeks  

During that time, you’ll attend live online workshops and webinars, have one-to-one catch ups with your adviser, join online discussions and regularly receive course materials in the form of articles, activities and videos. 

While most learners complete the course over 12 weeks, you’re free to work at your own pace, and your 24/7 access to our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) allows you to do just that. 

There are no formal requirements for this course however a good standard of literacy and numeracy is expected.

Traditional face-to-face classes with experienced tutors. If you like the idea of learning in person, where you bounce around ideas with other learners, then our face-to-face classes are for you. Classes take place every few months at one of our many UK venues.

If that all sounds a little daunting, don’t worry, your adviser will support you through your assessments, giving you with thorough feedback on each assignment submitted and suggesting where amendments can be made, so that you can successfully complete each unit.
