If you’re looking to get into a career in business and finance, but you don’t have any experience or qualifications, this CIMA Certificate in Business accounting has you covered.

Designed especially for those new to the world of business, you’ll explore the fundamentals of business and accounting that will help you succeed in your first business, finance or accounting role.

This CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting consists of four compulsory modules to help you develop your business and accounting skills. At the end of each module, you’ll take an objective test which will assess your understanding of each topic.

Modules

Completing this CIMA Certificate Level qualification typically takes around 12 months.

There are no entry requirements, but you’ll need a good understanding of both English and Maths, as well as a passion to succeed in business.

You’ll also need to register with CIMA before you begin your studies.

If you have some accounting experience, you might be eligible for exemptions from subjects at this level or be eligible for full exemptions from this level and be able to move directly to the Operational level.
