Identifying priorities (core values) and preferences (peripheral tastes)
Communication skills:
Making a confident start using full communication capabilities
Active listening and mirroring techniques
Using the 3V’s of communication to maximise impact
Presenting your case:
Structuring your case to focus on organisational and individual benefits
Supporting flexibility and negotiating toward mutually agreeable outcomes
Using assertive behaviours to deal with disagreement
