  • Apprenticeship assessment preparation

The duration of the Administration Assistant Apprenticeship is 8-12 months, plus 3 months for the apprenticeship assessment.

The programme is split into four main phases to ensure a comprehensive and structured learning experience.

These phases include an induction, core modules, preparation for the apprenticeship assessment, and the assessment itself.

This approach provides apprentices with the practical skills and confidence they need to excel in the administrative field, ensuring they are well-prepared for success in their careers.

The Administration Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship is ideal for individuals looking to start or progress in their administrative career.

Learners must be aged 16-24 to study this programme. There are no formal entry requirements for this apprenticeship. Applicants must be employed in a business administration or relevant role.

The Administration Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship assessment consists of a portfolio of evidence plus a secondary assessment method, e.g. a presentation or interview.

The Administration Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship includes regular assessments to ensure learners are progressing and meeting key learning objectives. Throughout the program, learners will participate in quarterly progress reviews with their assessor, providing valuable feedback and guidance to help them succeed. These reviews will help track development, address any challenges, and ensure learners are on track to meet the apprenticeship standards, preparing them for their apprenticeship assessment.
