To support National Apprenticeship Week 5-11 February, we run a free webinar, 'build resilience at work.' The webinar was designed to help apprentices and their employers be prepared for the unexpected…

  • For apprentices, having the resilience to bounce back from setbacks is often the key to a successful apprenticeship.

  • For employers, it’s knowing when and how to provide that important guidance to apprentices whatever obstacles are thrown in the way.

Watch our webinar, hosted by our HR specialists Davina Jenkins MCIPD and Joseph Grech to find out their top tips on how to promote resilience and wellbeing among your apprentices.

Whether you run a small business or are responsible for multiple apprenticeship schemes, this useful guidance will ensure you have the steps in place to create learning and working environments that support apprentice wellbeing.

About the speakers

Leading the discussion will be Davina Jenkins who, before joining Reed Learning as an HR consultant, implemented a wellbeing framework throughout local authorities in the West Midlands. She is passionate about the benefits of effective health and wellbeing strategies can bring to organisations. Davina supports learners on our CIPD programmes.

The webinar will be hosted by Joseph Grech FCIPD, an ICF accredited coaching psychologist and training consultant with Reed Learning.  Joseph specialises in Learning and Development. He also has widespread experience supporting individuals and organisations in the UK and internationally.
