Will Sutherland

As a Development Coach, Will’s duties include conducting regular Progress check-ins, supporting students throughout their apprenticeship, and working alongside them on their knowledge, skills, and behaviour standards to best showcase their ongoing professional development.

Will has worked within high level apprenticeships for nearly a decade and has been directly responsible for coaching apprentices working for some of the highest-level clients in the world.
