One of the challenges for companies initiating a Change Programme is how to lead their people through this while maintaining performance levels. It’s easy for employees and managers to become overwhelmed by the size and scale of change they have to contend with.

Managers not only have to deal with the consequences of change themselves, but also provide support and assistance to their employees to help them transition smoothly. Many managers are expected to do this without any formal training to help them build the required tools and techniques.

Help your employees navigate change successfully

By the end of the day, your managers will be able to effectively communicate change to colleagues and minimise uncertainty. They will have a clear understanding of the Change curve and be able to support their employees through the emotional turmoil change can bring.

The course will help every manager build an action plan to implement with their teams, helping to reduce stress and maintain motivation and performance through change.

This one-day course will:

  • Increase your managers’ capability in the area of managing change – building an understanding of:
    o Change principles
    o Emotional responses to change
o The importance of a compelling reason for change
o Creating a clear vision and objective for change

  • Help them to appreciate the range of issues and complexities involved in
    change management

  • Develop their skills, enabling them to manage change more successfully as
    people leaders
