What's required?
Once purchased, you'll receive a candidate information form. To start a check, we'll require:
Candidate email address or phone number
Employer business address
Reference information (e.g. job title, candidate ID or job reference)
The candidate will then be asked to provide:
An in-date British or Irish passport (if using the right to work service)
Current address details (if not shown on the identity document)
A short selfie video for identity verification
This allows us to verify that the identity document is genuine and belongs to the individual completing the check.
