Kellie-Ann loves being able to coach and support learners through their professional CIPD qualifications, instilling confidence along the way.

Kellie-Ann started her career as a recruitment consultant before moving to an HR role with PepsiCo over 20 years ago. She has since worked in a variety of organisations from tech to construction with spells in the charitable sector.

Interested in learning about all aspects of business, Kellie-Ann has particularly appreciated embedding HR principles and values in smaller organisations and seeing the benefits HR can bring.

Although fairly new to tutoring, Kellie-Ann enjoys being able to coach and support students through their learning journey, instilling confidence along the way. She strongly believes that learning should be a joyful experience and that people are often much more capable than they first think.
