Katy Roberts

Katy is an experienced HR tutor who specialises in supporting our CIPD Advanced Diploma candidates.

A CIPD Fellow, Katy is an HR, business and leadership specialist who joins Reed Learning as a CIPD Level 7 tutor. Passionate about helping individuals and businesses to grow and develop to their full potential, she draws upon nearly 30 years of HR, leadership, and L&D experience at a senior level in both large and small organisations, including Citibank, Bank of America and House of Fraser.

As an HR specialist, Katy has expertise in a range of different areas including OD, change management, employee relations, reward and recognition, as well as coaching and mentoring. She was a founding member of the European Diversity Council for the Bank of America (MBNA).

An experienced ILM and CMI lecturer and tutor in leadership and human resources at all levels, Katy has an MSc in human resources, a BA hons in education and a city and guilds level 3 award in education and training.
