Do I need a CIPD qualification to get ahead in HR? The answer is a decisive yes! The CIPD is one of the UK’s best regarded professional membership organisations and, as a result, CIPD qualifications are used by employers to assess if applicants have the right HR skills and knowledge for their organisation.

While it’s not a mandatory requirement to work in the people profession, most businesses expect their HR teams to be CIPD qualified. A simple scan through recent recruitment advertisements will confirm that CIPD qualifications offer you an edge in the job market.
