Elaine Wood

Elaine has wide-ranging experience in coaching and mentoring, Apprenticeships, L&D and Leadership and Management development. A CIPD assessor and internal verifier who has designed and delivered People Management and Organisational learning and development workshops and online resources. Elaine has held many project management, strategic and advisory roles in adult education and local government as well as delivering coaching skills workshops training team leaders working with apprentices.

As a consultant with Reed Learning, Elaine uses her coaching and mentoring expertise to support candidates at all levels and is actively involved in the company’s Associate programme
