Reed Business School is our unique venue where you can learn away from the daily distracts of the office and fully immerse yourself into developing your skills. Nestled in the Cotswolds, its affectionately known among co-members as "Hogwarts" - a fantastic space where professional transformation happens. Whether you're just starting out or stepping into leadership, you'll be given the tools, support and inspiration to reach your full potential at Reed.
Mentoring schemes
Sometimes we learn best through conversations with an expert who can offer insight and advice. To facilitate this, we have a number of mentioning schemes. As a mentee, you will build a trusted relationship with a trained mentor who will support your performance in your current role, as well as drive achievement of your career goals.
Professional qualifications
We value education and can sponsor you to study for professional and academic qualifications that are relevant to your role. We currently have a number of co-members working towards their CIPD, CIMA and master degree qualifications – all supported by Reed.
Lunch & Learns & Time to learn
We host weekly “Lunch & Learns” which are bitesize session on anything from growing your desk, improving your sales techniques, to wellbeing topics; meaning there is something for everyone. Sessions are hosted by both internal co-members and external experts, giving you the chance to learn from the best!
We also have our #timetolearn initiative, designed to inspire co-members to continuously grow and develop. Each period, we focus on a different topic. The programme is both proactive and reactive, addressing both internal and external business needs by consolidating various learning resources into one easily accessible location
