I’m proud to be part of the team working to ensure every co-member feels a true sense of inclusion at Reed. Together, we’re driving engagement, collaboration, and best practice across our Inclusion & Belonging agenda — bringing energy, empathy, and purpose to everything we do. I’m committed to listening deeply, learning continuously — both within Reed and beyond — and using those insights to help shape meaningful, lasting change for all of us.

Our initiatives
Menopause matters & Menopause Café
We’re proud to support our co-members through every life stage. Our Menopause Matters initiative offers access to expert resources, a dedicated Menopause at Work policy, and informal Menopause Café sessions for open conversation. Employees can also book free, confidential 1:1 support with Helen Clark, our senior sponsor and a qualified Menopause Wellness practitioner. It’s all part of creating a workplace where everyone feels understood and supported.
fReedom
This year, we launched fReedom—a vibrant internal space where co-members can access LGBTQ+ resources, allyship guides, personal stories, and Pride event details. It’s more than a library; it’s a living reflection of our community and our commitment to inclusion. At Reed, EDIB isn’t a one-off campaign—it’s built into our everyday culture, with an “always on” approach that ensures our themes are business as usual, not just for Pride month.
Every voice matters
Inclusion isn’t reserved for awareness days—it’s part of our everyday culture. Our “always on” approach to EDIB (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging) means we embed inclusive thinking into everything we do, all year round. Through themed sales days, walking challenges, fundraisers, and lunch & learns, we create space for meaningful engagement across the business for everyone. Our popular “Conversations With…” series gives co-members the opportunity to share personal stories and lived experiences, helping us all learn, connect, and grow together.
