We are dedicated to not only reducing our carbon emissions as a business but also actively encouraging our co-members to do the same.

For many years, we have provided a popular ‘cycle to work’ scheme as part of our reward landscape and now we are offering co-members the opportunity to lease a brand-new electric vehicle in exchange for some of their gross salary. We are helping to make electric vehicles more accessible whilst also encouraging more sustainable transport choices. Co-member assistance programme

We understand that balancing work, personal life, and family responsibilities can be challenging.

That's why we provide co-members with access to an independent and confidential advice line, as well as a counselling service.

The on-demand service gives you free day-to-day wellbeing support and access to an expert counselling service to help you and your immediate family at any time – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

The dedicated platform and app provides support for a healthy mind and body including, wellbeing webinars, fitness and nutrition, podcasts, digital gym and a whole lot more.

Long service award & sabbatical

We value loyalty and long-term commitment, which is why we offer generous long service rewards, such as sabbaticals from 3 to 6 weeks depending upon the service milestones.

Baby & return to work bonus - As part of the health cash plan, you are eligible for a payment of up to £200 when you have a child, and multiple births qualify for multiple payments. The same terms also apply for adoptions. To welcome you back from maternity leave, adoption leave or shared parental leave, you will receive a return-to-work bonus.
