This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operational leader with a background in custody or prison healthcare to take ownership of a high-profile contract, driving performance, patient safety, and service excellence. The Role You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a custody healthcare contract, ensuring services consistently meet and exceed contractual and clinical KPIs. Night Security Officer Location: Woodhouse Lane Car Park Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Night Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of Woodhouse Lane Car Park, a 24-hour facility. This role is crucial for monitoring and reporting anti-social behaviour during night-time hours, maintaining a secure environment for all users. Day-to-day of the role: Conduct regular patrols of the car park to identify and deter anti-social behaviour. Operate and utilise a body-worn camera where appropriate to ensure accurate recording of all incidents. Monitor activity via the CCTV system to maintain constant surveillance of the area. Report any incidents promptly to the Police and Anti-Social Behaviour Team. Maintain accurate and detailed incident logs to ensure all information is recorded correctly. Oversee and respond to fire safety procedures in the event of an alarm activation, ensuring a swift and safe response. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and self-motivation. Strong record-keeping and organisational skills to effectively manage incident logs and reports. Effective communication skills, with the ability to report clearly and liaise confidently with external agencies, including the Police. A confident and professional manner, capable of handling potentially challenging situations calmly.
