You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships with businesses looking to reach highly targeted professional audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying and engaging potential advertisers within key industry sectors
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business
  • Sell integrated advertising packages including print ads, digital display, newsletters, webinars, and sponsored content
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches based on audience data, sector insights, and ROI-focused solutions
  • Work closely with editorial teams to align commercial opportunities with content calendars
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, media sales, recruitment advertising, or similar industries
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex client needs
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
