You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships with businesses looking to reach highly targeted professional audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying and engaging potential advertisers within key industry sectors
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business
Sell integrated advertising packages including print ads, digital display, newsletters, webinars, and sponsored content
Deliver consultative sales pitches based on audience data, sector insights, and ROI-focused solutions
Work closely with editorial teams to align commercial opportunities with content calendars
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, media sales, recruitment advertising, or similar industries
Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex client needs
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
