In this role, you will report to the General Sales Manager and play a crucial part in enhancing sales results, supporting the sales team, and driving performance across the department. This position requires weekend work to ensure top-notch customer service at all times.
Day-to-day of the role:
Support and coach the sales team to enhance performance and achieve better results.
Monitor sales activity, key performance indicators (KPIs), and enquiry levels to ensure targets are met.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, finance penetration, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior management to refine sales processes and standards.
Foster a positive, high-performing sales environment that encourages team growth and customer engagement.
